Linton Crystal Technologies Adds Automated Production Technology for CZ Ingot to Wafer Factories

Linton Crystal Technologies, world leader in the development and manufacture of equipment for producing monocrystalline ingots, now offers automated production technology solutions for PV and semiconductor customers.

“We are continually updating our CZ grower technology to make it more efficient for customers to grow a quality ingot,” explains Ron Kramer, director of business development for Linton. “Offering customized production technology solutions for CZ ingot to wafer factories was a logical extension of our efforts to help customers become more productive and competitive.”

Linton now offers a scientific, process-based and convenient management plan designed to improve production efficiency, reduce management costs and increase product qualification rate. The modular design of the system includes basic data management, production process control, product quality control, production automation scheduling, and statistical analysis of production data. An automated control system centralizes control and scheduling of the cutting machine, square cutting machine and polishing machine. AMR mobile robots transfer material within the line.
