Dalian, China — Dalian Linton NC Machine Co. Ltd. (China) /Linton Crystal Technologies (USA) will take part in SNEC 13th (2019) International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Exhibition, from June 4-6, in Shanghai. Representatives will be at booth # N5-515 in the in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Linton will introduce the KX320PV, a Czochralski (CZ) process crystal grower designed to meet growing photovoltaic market demands for a furnace capable of producing 300 mm crystals.
“This new generation of 300 mm furnace is state-of-the-art. It combines all of our newest hardware and software innovations in one system, including the latest melt-gap measurement and control,” explains John R. Syring, senior sales and process engineer with Linton.
Linton was the first company to introduce a 300 mm furnace in 1997. This new generation, the KX320PV complete grower system, is optimized for producing solar ingots with a 1300 mm furnace size. It can accommodate 32-inch crucibles and its 5500 mm-high receiving chamber can grow a 5000 mm body-length ingot. It also features a motorized shield lift, low power consumption and integrated communications with the optional proprietary WINGS systems. Additionally, Linton staff work with clients at the time of sale to customize each furnace as necessary to meet their organization or industry requirements.
The company will also introduce several slicers and grinders at the show, including:
- QP850 Diamond Wire Slicing Machine: suitable for cutting ultra-thin wafers, improving the wafer production rate and utilization rate of the silicon material.
- Full-automatic grinding machine for mono/multi-silicone cubes and rod: excellent precision and productivity in surface grinding, chamfering, washing and drying. Choose between a grinding wheel and brush polishing wheel for fine grinding.
- LC 4000/8000 Series Laser Slicer: with a reliable rapid delivery mechanism and high-performance laser made in Germany for precision cutting of materials such as monocrystalline silicon, quartz and glass.
- Oversized slicing machine HWS530F: 530x300, resolution of cutting feed speed is up to 0.01mm/minute, supporting sectionalized speed setting throughout the cutting process. Also features a multiple cutting roller frame that is quick and easy to replace.
