The KX240-Ge Germanium CZ Grower has a 1100 mm tank and can accommodate a 24- or 26-inch hot zone, with a charge size up to 450 kg. It has a throat diameter of 350 mm, with 400 mm optional, and a receiving chamber of 3500 mm. It comes standard with LCT’s control systems and has an optional dopant feature.
