The KX240PV is the world’s only modular furnace, designed to easily accommodate different sized hotzones to track with your changing needs and ensure you get a long life from your investment. It’s optimized for developing 8- to 12-inch (200 to 300 mm) crystals with space to accommodate hotzones fitting 22, 24-, 26- and 28-inch crucibles. Optional field-upgrades are available for furnace diameters (1100 - 1200mm), receiving chamber heights (3000, 3500 and 4000 mm), and throat diameters (350 and 400 mm).

The KX360PV has one of the industry’s largest furnace chambers, 1400 mm in diameter, capable of accommodating 32- or 36-inch crucibles (charge sizes up to 440kg and 650kg, respectively). Designed for PV ingot growth, the furnace is capable of producing 300 mm and larger ingots. It also features an advanced control system and low power consumption.

The KX380PV has the largest furnace chamber, 1600 mm in diameter, capable of accommodating 32- or 36-inch crucibles (charge sizes up to 440kg and 850kg, respectively). It has a 400mm throat size and its tall receiving chamber (5500mm) can pull five-meter crystals; the size can be adapted to customer specifications. Additionally, the large charge size allows for high conversion yield of silicon for good economical operation, while also increasing throughput and reducing operational costs.
