The KX240MCZR is the world’s only modular furnace, designed to easily accommodate different sized hotzones to track with your changing needs and ensure you get a long life from your investment. It’s optimized for developing 8- to 12-inch (200 to 300 mm) crystals with space to accommodate hotzones fitting 22, 24-, 26- and 28-inch crucibles. Optional field-upgrades are available for furnace diameters (1100 - 1200mm), receiving chamber heights (3000, 3500 and 4000 mm), and throat diameters (350 and 400 mm). The KX240MCZR is magnet-ready—options include a 1,000-gauss resistive cusp magnet.

The KX320MCZR is optimized for producing 300 mm crystals with a 1300 mm furnace size and 3500 mm-high receiving chamber for accommodating 32-inch crucibles and is magnet-ready. Options include resistive and superconducting magnets.

The KX320/300 is optimized for producing 300 mm crystals with a ~1300 mm furnace size. It's 3400 mm-high receiving chamber can accommodate 32-inch crucibles and it has a superconducting magnet. Linton Crystal Process Staff work with clients at the time of design, development and manufacturing to customize each furnace as necessary to meet their organization and/or industry requirements.

The KX360MCZR has the largest furnace chamber, 1400 mm in diameter, capable of accommodating 32- or 36-inch crucibles. The furnace is capable of producing 300 mm and larger ingots. The KX360MCZR is magnet-ready for resistive and superconducting magnets.
